Smaller works: Royal Mail Tracked and Signed 1st Class.
Larger works: Aardvark's Door to Door Service collects and delivers on a specified day. They contact you in advance to schedule a convenient 2-hour time slot.
In-person collections from my studio or representing gallerys can also be arranged.
European Union, EEA & Switzerland
Smaller works: Dispatched via FEDEX Express International or Royal Mail.
Larger works: EBISS is used for shipping. Wooden crates are custom-made for works over a meter in length, ensuring safety and security. Unpacking requires a cross-head screwdriver. Shipping is cost-based, including the option for a bespoke crate if necessary.

Please Note
Deliveries to some countries maybe subject to customs duties / import taxes which the buyer will need to pay in order to receive their goods. I have no control over these extra charges.
Returns
I accept returns on all artworks EXCEPT those which are commissioned, made to order or personalised.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
Once a return has been requested the customer has 14 days to return the item.
Please ensure that returned artworks are packed sufficiently (please reuse the original packaging if it’s still serviceable) and that you use a suitable signed for, tracked and insured delivery method.
Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost in transit artworks
In the event that your delivery is damaged or lost in transit then a full refund will be given, or if possible the item will be replaced/repaired.
For damaged artworks - please keep all packaging and any damaged items as evidence until the claim is resolved. Please also take photographs of any damage as evidence.
Refunds cannot be given for any loss or damage that occurs to your delivery if it was left with a neighbour or in a safe place.
For lost artworks - Once the shipping/delivery company have confirmed and accepted responsibility of a loss a refund can be made.
All Artworks are insured against loss/damage whilst in transit.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received in its original condition a full refund, minus the original delivery costs to you, will be given. Refunds are processed within 14 days of return delivery receipt.
